Reliable Land Title Corporation was founded in 1999 on the premise that a title and closing company with a local focus and national caliber expertise would be successful. Scott and Ann Parsons brought their 60 years of collective experience to bear and hired the best and brightest and as a result Reliable employs the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff in Florida. 

The first transaction to come through the door, which was also the first to close, was a construction loan for the construction of Bill and Jean Yates dream home, Casa de Yates, on East Bay and Tom King Bayou. Sadly Bill is no longer with us but we want you to know that the fact that Bill, who was well known as a stickler on details and procedures, entrusted us with this transaction on their dream home gives us immense satisfaction.

From that auspicious beginning Reliable has enjoyed non-stop growth during which we’ve added staff and equipment and as we celebrate our 8th anniversary we boast state-of-the-art equipment and facilities including toll free phone lines, multi-line fax, secure data storage, advanced reproduction equipment, secure redundant broadband internet access, state-of-the-art closing and escrow task specific software, an interactive website, and the list goes on and on.

We have every intention of expanding into surrounding markets to better serve our customers but we intend to do it correctly and with an eye on the future. A title company must have a customer base established but more importantly a skilled, knowledgeable staff from day one. The title business is cyclical and can be rocky. When we open an office it’s a marriage to that community and we’re committed for the long haul, for better or for worse. Many of our competitors open and close offices like they're changing shirts. We're here to stay. 

Our attitude, our corporate culture as it were, is we are family serving other families. We realize that no matter your part in a transaction it must be closed smoothly and on time. After all everybody involved is either putting a roof over their heads or bread on their dinner table. We are all in this together.

The owners and employees of Reliable take pride in the strides we’ve made since opening from a competitive standpoint. But more importantly we’re proud of the growth in knowledge and achievement we’ve accomplished personally as well as on behalf of our communities.
